    Personalized training for 30 or 60 mins per what your schedule and budget permits.    Whether you want more strength, to tone up, run faster, etc, learn proper techniques to reach your goals as safely and quickly as possible.

  • Small Group


    Workout with your best friend(s) and still receive personalized workouts tailored to your goals and abilities.  With small groups you can motivate each other and hold each accountable while still receiving great service at a reduced price.  Small groups are 30 or 60 min sessions.

  • Sports Training


    Basketball, football, baseball, track, marathons, swimming, volley ball, etc.  Elementary, High School, College, Pro level or even Rec League, enjoy your favorite activity at the highest level while reducing the chance of injuries.  With workouts geared specifically for your sport Reecondition Fitness can get you on the playing field. Tennis, golf, kickball, chess, hopscotch, etc...
